Please note, it takes 30 days to fully cancel, and payments during this time must still be processed. This allows the team to transfer all contents and permissions to you. Cancellation without requesting a return will still incur fees for the 30-day period.

**Deposit Return Request:**
To initiate a deposit return request, do so before the completion of the construction stage. Inactivity not due to WebForm's fault will result in the retention of the deposit as compensation for time expended.

**Payments and Refunds:**
Payments for the website are strictly non-refundable. Websites are non-refundable once purchased. No refund will be given for the website purchase. Subscription plans can be cancelled with a 30-day notice.

**Damages and Issues:**
Inspect your website immediately if defective, damaged, or incorrect. Contact us to evaluate the issue and make it right.
