In the summer of 2020, I started my journey into e-commerce. Stepping into unknown territory, I failed over and over again until I set up my first successful shopify store.
Each day the store had over 50 Add to carts, with an unheard 81% of customers checking out!
Seeing this, friends and family asked me to look at why their business was not getting the same conversion rate. the answer was simple. Their website was not optimised for customer retention.
The Beginning
As more and more people came to me to upgrade their website, the busier I got. Hence, I partnered with my first website designer. Someone far more talented than myself to push our services to the next level.
Now the webform team consists of 3 members, working hard to
craft your future.
